Travelling is luxury for people but how about pets lacking luxury with its master? Just like you, we are as concerned and hoped for someone reliable to care for them.
Thus, we have set up a home boarding service for your pets! Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, sugar glider... Unlike petshops or boarding hotels, we are committed to give attention, care and bonding with your pets. It's not about the value offered to us - but all about the security your pet feels when his master is out of town.
As much as we would like to offer this service to all, we could only offer our services to limited pets. This doesn't mean that we are choosy or picky on animal services - but limiting our services means that we are committing ourselves to pay full attention to pets under our care.

MaoMao the Cat
I’ve read about an ad posted by petplayground on 23rd of Jan and I sent my baby (a 11-month-kitten, named maomao) over at that night for home boarding for 2 weeks. I was really appreciated them as they still willing to keep maomao even though they do not take kitten for boarding as they knows I was kinda choosy and I did not have much time to get a better place for maomao. During these 2 weeks, Joanne (the ‘nanny’ of my baby) did sms me EVERYDAY to keep me update about maomao’s condition. I am sure we can’t get this type of service from any other pet shops and even vets. Even though maomao is being kept in a cage during daytime, but she was allowed to walk around the house at night, after all the doors and windows are being closed properly.
Even though Joanne does not have much experience in taking care of cats/kittens, but she was responsible enough to make sure maomao had her medicine everyday. And I was so surprised when I see her gained weight when I came back from my hometown (Joanne helped me to get maomao some canned foods from pet shop) and now maomao is willing to listen to our command more compared to last time ( guess Joanne had trained her well J)
Today, I am here to write a positive feedback for Pet PlayGround as I’m really satisfied with their services and I highly recommend all the animal lovers here to give you yourselves as well as your baby/babies a try on the services provided by Pet PlayGround. I believe you guys always want the best for the cutest creatures in the world, and hence a place which is safe, free of diseases, and comfortable is very important for them during the hard time when you guys are not with them. Bobby the toy poodle
I have sent off my 7 months old toy poodle named Bobby to board at pet playground for 10 days. Since it is a home boarding, I guess my Bobby will do fine staying at home rather than sending him off to a pet shop where he will be confined in a cage and has no room to run around. Since this will be a 10 days boarding, I want Bobby to be comfortable with the surrounding he lives in.Brought all Bobby's stuffs along and also his food for 10 days. When Bobby first stepped foot in the house, he was sniffing around the house cause it is a new environment for him and he seems to like the place very much. So I left Bobby to the hands of William and Joanne who will be his foster parents for 10 days hehe. They took care ofare of Bobby well and SMS me to update on Bobby and even let Bobby sleep inside the bedroom :-) Bobby was also sent for grooming during his stay at pet's playground, he came back with two cute ribbon on his head. Bobby seem sad leaving Pet PlayGround cause I think he really miss his foster parents. All in all I am satisfied with the service. Recommended for those who wants to send their pets for boarding. Thank you for taking care of Bobby. Next time when I go out of town, I will send Bobby for boarding at your place again :-)

Shiro the maltese
We're glad to have found William and Joanne in search of a caregiver to our dog Shiro. We've search around town for trustable, realiable and affordable place to board him and William and Joanne is the only one that can fullfillled my requirement.
We enjoyed our 2 weeks holiday without having to worry about Shiro, as William will keep me updated by email everytime. When we came back and pick Shiro, I saw the bond he had with William and Joanne, and I know that this will be the place for Shiro when we need to leave our dog to a trustable caregiver.

Aiko was really great in Joanne's hands... and she even keep me updated about aiko... sniffing guinea pigs... hahaha! so cute to hear that... aiko was clean and all... Joanne did a good job! Trust me... so if anyone needs boarding find petplayground! u cant find anyone else better~

Boabei the Shih Tzu
My dog was enjoying himself at Petplayground. Unlike pet shop boarding, he was not "locked up" and could enjoy the "convenienve at home". Besides, Petplayground brought him out for walk which Baobei really loved to do. The service was good! Recommended to board with them! Thank you =)

It's conveniently located, there's also room for the dogs to run around. price is also reasonable.
